Dennis Perrey is a Certified Public Accountant with over 35 years of leadership experience in accounting, finance, and business management. He oversees ESG’s corporate enterprise resource planning strategies and processes for administrative & support services inclusive of accounting, information technology, payroll and benefits, human resources, and finance. His diversified experience encompasses the service, mining, energy, manufacturing, and construction industries. Dennis earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Business from Miami University.

Lawrence Roth has over 20 years of diversified design, engineering, operations, project management, construction and maintenance experience. He is responsible for the successful development and implementation of ESG’s strategic growth in new markets and innovative technologies inclusive of waste to energy, renewable energy, water/wastewater, cogeneration, demand response, and biogas recovery systems. Lawrence earned his Bachelors of Science degree in Building Construction Management from Purdue University.

Luke Brockman has over 25 years of extensive experience in operations, engineering, maintenance, project management, and advanced energy technologies. He oversees the day-to-day operations and maintenance of ESG’s onsite energy generation solutions. He manages the design, development and operations of energy centers and cogeneration plants including commissioning and comprehensive long-term maintenance services for ESG customers in the municipal, federal and education market sectors. Luke is a Certified Energy Manager and a registered Professional Engineer in Indiana and New York. Luke earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University.

Steve Pride has over 20 years of diversified engineering, sales management, and operations experience. He is responsible for the successful development and implementation of ESG’s strategic vision in providing leading energy engineering, design, construction, operations and maintenance services for a full range of government, education, healthcare and commercial clients. He has overseen the design, construction, and operations for hundreds of millions of dollars in energy performance contracts. Steve earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Southern Illinois University.

Chuck Olsavsky has over 30 years of experience as legal counsel in construction, product liability, environmental, insurance coverage, real estate and commercial litigation. He oversees the drafting and negotiation of prime contractor and subcontractor agreements, construction insurance and bonds, environmental regulations, claims resolution, surety claims, and legal issues for diverse technical aspects of all ESG projects. He also has extensive experience in intellectual property law and patent litigation. Chuck earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Youngstown State University, a Juris Doctorate from the University of Akron and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Michigan.

Ken Durham leads the ESG business development teams by directing market development, growth, and innovation strategies for ESG’s core energy performance contracting and federal sales teams. He brings over 26 years of sales leadership and senior management experience in performance contracting and energy services. Ken also directs ESG sales strategies for renewable and advanced energy technologies. He has been recognized throughout his career as a top ranked leader in sales management. Ken earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Mississippi and his Master of Science degree from Nova University.
