At Energy Systems Group, our people are at the heart of everything we do. This year, we’re proud to share that ESG has officially been Great Place To Work® Certified™ for the first time.
The recognition is especially meaningful because it is based entirely on feedback from our employees. As part of the certification process, ESG employees across the country were invited to anonymously share their experiences and perspectives on our workplace culture.
The results speak for themselves: 87% of ESG employees say it is a great place to work, compared to 57% of employees at a typical U.S.-based company.

ESG is also proud of its continued commitment to supporting veterans in the workplace, which has earned the company the U.S. Department of Labor’s HIRE Vets Medallion Award for three consecutive years.
