The Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) granted a UESC to ESG for energy improvements to facilities at Marine Corps Support Facility (MCSF) Blount Island. ESG applied energy-saving improvements to 13 facilities and five non-facility areas to help MCSF Blount Island meet federal energy savings mandates.
