Addison Community Schools


Addison Community Schools partnered with ESG to modernize aging infrastructure and improve learning environments. The project included lighting retrofits, HVAC upgrades, boiler replacements, and building envelope improvements. These enhancements will deliver over $3.3 million in energy and operational savings while creating comfortable, efficient spaces for students and staff.

Altoona Water Authority


The Altoona Water Authority partnered with ESG to address rising biosolids disposal costs and create a sustainable solution. ESG installed anaerobic digesters, a thermal dryer, and an organics receiving station, enabling co-digestion and Class A biosolids production. This project reduces disposal costs, generates revenue, and supports beneficial reuse for local agriculture.

Anderson County Schools


Anderson County Schools worked with ESG in two phases to reduce costs and upgrade facilities without burdening taxpayers. Improvements included LED lighting, water conservation, advanced controls, HVAC upgrades, and enhanced security systems. These measures improved efficiency, air quality, and safety while generating long-term savings for the district.

Antelope Valley Union High School District


Serving 22,000 students across 13 schools, AVUHSD partnered with ESG to address aging HVAC systems, improve indoor air quality, and reduce rising costs. ESG implemented advanced building controls, high-efficiency HVAC units, and enhanced ventilation. These upgrades deliver healthier learning environments and over $42.7M in long-term operational savings.

Atlanta University Center Consortium


Facing aging infrastructure and growing reliability demands, the Atlanta University Center Consortium partnered with Energy Systems Group to modernize its central utility plant serving more than 50 campus buildings. The project delivered $5.6 million in energy and operational savings and 15 million kWh in annual energy reductions.

Barksdale Air Force Base


Barksdale AFB partnered with ESG to boost energy and water efficiency, improve resiliency, and meet federal sustainability goals. ESG delivered lighting retrofits, water-saving fixtures, building automation upgrades, and heating system improvements. These measures cut energy intensity by 7.7%, saving over 7M kWh annually and reducing water use by 5.4%.

Bernalillo County Detention Center, New Mexico


To modernize a 24/7 facility and meet sustainability goals, Bernalillo County partnered with ESG through an Energy Performance Contract. Upgrades included LED lighting, solar power, biogas boiler conversion, HVAC improvements, and roofing insulation. These measures cut utility costs by 74%, delivered $14M in improvements, and reduced COâ‚‚ emissions by 7.1M pounds.
