We are thrilled to announce that we have been awarded the prestigious 2024 HIRE Vets Platinum Medallion by the U.S. Department of Labor. This recognition underscores our commitment to recruiting, hiring, and developing veterans and service members, building a workforce enriched by their unique skills, leadership, and resilience. We are proud to be one of only 316 companies nationwide to receive the Platinum status.
Since our founding in 1994, we have welcomed veterans and active-duty reservists from all branches, including the Navy, Air Force, and Army. Veterans’ unique backgrounds bring valuable perspectives, and we are committed to supporting these individuals through career development, leadership training, and a community built around shared values of service and excellence.
We have now achieved Medallion recognition for the second consecutive year. In 2023, our team was awarded the Gold Medallion. This year's advancement Platinum status shows our strong commitment to building a workforce enriched by the skills and experiences of former military personnel.
Our commitment to veterans extends beyond recruitment. Through our Veteran & Military Resource Group (VMRG), we support veterans, active-duty reservists, and their families.
