K-12 School District Energy Efficiency Upgrades

ANDERSON COUNTY, TENNESSEE

Anderson County Schools faced several key challenges, including aging infrastructure with outdated HVAC, electrical, and window systems, budget constraints that required creative use of ESSER funding and ESPC financing, and the need to complete upgrades across 17 schools while maintaining operations during construction. The district also set ambitious energy efficiency goals to achieve significant savings and secure Energy Star certifications, all while ensuring safety and compliance with zero recordable incidents throughout the project.
