To address these challenges, the county sought a solution that would enhance sustainability, improve occupant comfort, and drive long-term cost savings without requiring additional budget dollars or tax increases.
Installation LED lighting retrofits at key county facilities to reduce energy consumption and lower utility costs.
A new state-of-the-art water control system was installed at the jail to improve water management and reduce waste.
Courthouse and Government Office Complex central plant replacements, including underground piping to enhance system reliability and cross-building energy distribution efficiency.Â
Dedicated outdoor air units and HVAC control system upgrades to improve indoor air quality, optimize temperature control, and enhance occupant comfort.
Additional lighting upgrades to extend energy savings across more facilities and improve visibility.
Installed building automation systems to enable smarter energy management, reduce unnecessary energy use, and optimize building performance.
Full HVAC system replacement to improve temperature control, reduce maintenance costs, and enhance energy efficiency.
Energy-efficient lighting upgrades at 36 county buildings to further decrease energy consumption and improve lighting quality.
Water conservation measures at 46 facilities to reduce water usage, cut utility costs, and promote sustainability.
HVAC efficiency improvements and weatherization upgrades at 30 locations, including door sweeps, insulation, and caulking to eliminate air leaks, improve energy retention, and lower heating and cooling costs.
