Our expert team collaborated to implement innovative solutions that modernized outdated systems, enhanced resilience, and supported sustainable infrastructure at the GO Complex.

Facility Upgrades:

Installed nearly 2,350 new LED lighting fixtures to reduce energy use and improve efficiency.

Replaced HVAC equipment with a high-efficiency VRF system and new BAS to enhance comfort and control.

Replaced single-pane windows with double-pane windows to improve insulation and reduce energy loss.

Remediated nearly 50 ft² of existing air leakage area to minimize energy waste and improve system efficiency.

Installed 400 kW DC solar PV carport to generate renewable energy and lower utility costs.

Installed a dual-handle EV charger to support sustainability and EV users.

Upgraded water fixtures campus-wide to conserve water and reduce costs.

Upgraded electrical systems to improve safety and reliability.

Replaced damaged water line to ensure consistent supply and prevent waste.

Corrected utility billing errors of $10,000 annually to recover financial losses and ensure accurate utility billing.
