When SCI Fayette's contract for steam utilities ended in 2022 with a 3rd party vendor, ESG designed and built a new Central Utility Plant (CUP), enabling the prison to independently generate steam for heating, hot water, and cooling. ESG delivered an optimized, sustainable onsite utility system meeting the facility's needs post-contract expiration.
