Redondo Beach Unified School District
Redondo Beach Unified School District partnered with Energy Systems Group to assess and modernize aging HVAC systems, improve indoor air quality, and upgrade lighting across 14 sites. Through a phased CalSHAPE-funded approach, the project enhanced energy efficiency, addressed deferred maintenance, and created more comfortable, reliable learning environments for students and staff.
Santa Fe County
Fourteen facilities. One self‑funding plan. ESG helped Santa Fe County cut utility costs by 17.3% and eliminate 882,400 lbs of CO₂ in year one, modernizing lighting, controls, solar, water, and power systems for lasting performance.
Socorro County
Facing aging facilities and limited capital funding, Socorro County partnered with Energy Systems Group to modernize 24 county buildings through a Guaranteed Energy Savings Performance Contract. The project delivers 31% lower utility costs, over $96,000 in first-year utility and maintenance savings, and improved comfort, sustainability, and facility performance.
